Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Worth mobile app ("Worth," the "App"), provided by an independent developer ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Worth, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Worth, and old enough to form a binding contract under the laws of where you live. By using the App you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Worth for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law
• Use the App in any unlawful way or to infringe the rights of others

We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the App, including its name, design, and content.

4. Your data and responsibility for it

Worth stores the information you enter locally on your device — we do not store it for you or keep backups of it. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and your data. Deleting the App, resetting or losing your device, or otherwise clearing its storage will permanently remove your Worth data, and we cannot recover it. We recommend keeping your own records of important financial information.

5. No financial advice

Worth is an organizational and informational tool to help you track your net worth. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Any figures, charts, or projections shown are estimates based on the information and assumptions you provide, are hypothetical, and are not guarantees of future results. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

6. Pricing and purchases

Worth is currently provided free of charge. If we offer paid features or subscriptions in the future, they will be sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and any billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be governed by Apple's or Google's policies. We will make any such terms clear before you purchase.

7. App stores and third-party platforms

You obtain Worth through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and your use is also subject to those platforms' terms. These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple or Google, and Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its support. To the extent the App is downloaded from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you, and that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

8. Availability, updates, and changes to the App

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. Updates may be required for the App to continue working, and the App may not be compatible with every device or operating-system version.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculations or projections will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or financial outcomes, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the App. You may stop using Worth at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms. The sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Province, Country], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located there will have jurisdiction over any disputes, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms
